From over 20 years’ experience, Dr. Grapenthin believes therapy is a unique relationship between the therapist and the client, whether early childhood, middle childhood, adolescent, or teen. Therefore, the process will be directed according to the individual’s needs and emotional capacity.

Depending upon appropriateness and specific goals, therapy techniques include a wide variety of strategies including traditional talk therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, expressive/art therapy, play therapy, meditation/mindfulness techniques, and psychological testing.
